Hey there guys, I humbly approach here as an an epic noob. I have a blog and im using a default layout, and it just really shits me. It's supposed to be somewhere I can put my creativity and passion, except I'm using a pre-made.. Where/How/What/WHO do I do to learn how to do website design? Or am i looking for graphic design? Or both? LOL. I want to learn how to make this baby something I'd look proudly upon. Thanks guys.

No you dont. You can make graphics on your computer using various programs. Some people use paint, some people use programs like Photoshop (which you have to pay for, but can get it free if you know how) and some people use a free program called GIMP.
