You're talking about using AU I assume? If so, and you are attempting to import your cookies, instead try logging in manually and be sure you type out your password slowly so that you can be certain you're not entering it incorrectly. If this does not work, it's likely your own firewall or whatever Internet security software you use could be preventing your from being authorized to use the program.

Type out your username and password instead of importing your Neopets cookies if that's what you're doing.
Wait, can you clarify your problem? Are you unable to authorize the program? Or are you unable to login to Neopets? Make sure you're authorizing the program first with your Neofriends.net username and password and then, after its authorized, use your Neopets username and password to login.
