    Well if your not too advanced then I dont recommend a MSAB (whatever that is 0_o, but I know it has auto buy in it) I would recommend making something simpler if you aren't too advanced.

    A msab is a main shop ab. You bit of way more than you could chew. There are a lot of simpiler programs like an autoadopter which will help you hone your skills before making a msab. Find a simple task that you do on neopets and make it automated

    I would first chose a language. For neopets cheting SCAR is a great first language but then so is vb. Then if you choose scar all you need to do is stay here. With vb gooble vb (whatevre version you chose) turorials. The two main versions are vb6 and vb.net 2005. vb6 is easier to learn but has to be got in more shady means.
    For game actionscript and c++ are your plans
    Use actioscript which is part of flash. C++ unless you know some who knows it do not use it.
    I could give you help on anything except C++ just strted it a day ago
