    No, I'm pretty sure hacking or discussing hacking is against Neofriends rules.

    if maplestory hacking is what is called cheating by changeing some values than I would think it is ok

    Yeah it is just changing values around to cheat. Not really "Hacking". I guess it would just be cheating, sort of like using GameShark on a gameboy or something.
