    Complete.

Is anybody good with Blues music or know alot and would consider it fun to write a 500 word essay on Blues music or care to help me with the topic? This essay doesn't have to be the greatest quality, just something with an introduction, 3 body's and a concluding paragraph. I'll pay NP+Rep to whoever can help me with this.

    Here is the topic:

The blues developed as a result of major societal influences in the early 1900's. The biggest influence was the oppression of the African-American peoples in the United States. Please explain what was happening during this period of history and why, where and how the African-American people were opressed, as well as how the concept of blues developed. Include information about the different song types that existed as well as the types of music blues music borrowed some of its elements from. You must discuss at least one recording in your writing, and include a copy of that recording with your paper.

I really need help with this, I hate the Blues and I have tons of other homework this weekend. If anyone would help me at all, please please post here or PM me.

    Thank you!

I would offer to do it for you but I have 4000 words of my own to write! However I did find a good page on wikipedia for you, if thats any good. You can always take bits off that and reword it. Anyway:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blues_music

It has basically a whole history so I'm sure some of it will be useful.

Just don't put wikipedia as your source, it's like chopping off your legs.

    And of course; good luck!

    Use it if it's cited.
If it's not, it will say "this article is not cited"

If it's cited, it's the real deal. If it's not, it's a bunch of crap.
