now that would be cool, some sort of hack where it looks like everyones doing something wrong.. and get everyone frozen.. the value of everything would go up !

it is impossibler...the only way the only it is possible is to change the neopets settings and for that to happen you would need to be an administartor for neopets or part of the site maintenance crew for neopets...or be able to hack into the site program and change it but if that were possible then you could just add a billion np to your account...

You have to realize that the only types of programs you can actually make feasibly are programs that automate tasks which humans would do, such as restocking or gaming.
