Super Smash Bros. Melee and Beyond

Discuss super smash bros. in all of its apparent awesomeness. Link, ganondorf, kirby, etc. My favorite would be melee but the original is a classic. I cannot wait for the wii version to come out as i recently bought the wii.

As well as do you know any other details about the unreleased version for wii?

i loved jigglypuff's sleep move. something so sweet about destroying your friends with a little pink ball. the mocking where it says its name in a high voice, just to further humiliate your opponents.

 

I recently bought the game for the GC, I'm enjoying it, I played the N64 version ALOT.

 

I unlocked all the characters on gamecube! And the stages! Oh, and I did play the N64 version, but it was rented and my mom took it back to the store because my brother and I were having too much fun coming up with funny stuff and were too loud XD

 

I obsessed over the gamecube version for a while... my personal favorite characters are Samson (Mewtwo if unlocked) then Pikachu! Samson you just charge up a ball in the side of the arena, away from everyone else, then when ever you feel like it, let it rip (and Mewtwo's c stick moves are amazing!) and pikachu... weird fav, isn't it? well, I like sending thunderbolt after thunder bolt (down + B)... if they are on a platform above you, you can do that until they get super high percent

also... favorite weapon : Homerun Bat!!!!

 

I play this everytime on GC at my friends house, its so fun during a party

I like to use mario or link... I kick serious @$$ with either of those guys

 

The wii SSB will have Solid Snake (Metal Gear Solid) as a character

 

yeah, thats gonna be sweet... and I heard people wishing the two un-announced characters to be Sonic and Knuckles...

but I am looking forward to Wario's fart ability :lol:

've been checking out the DOJO website since it's induction! I heard that DK made it in, I saw a video f the Nintendo E3 Conference and saw DK in teh video!

Sweet! DK used to be one of my top guys... I really liked him... flad he is making a repeat appearance!

 

i never could figure out what the sleep move did i would always use it when i was jigglypuff but nothing would happen even my friends couldn't figure it out

 

I like sucking them in and stealing their powers

 

Arggg, I remember smash... except everyone went hardcore at it after awhile. I knew like 5 people who would sit all day and play against the PC just to perfect their so called new smash talents. These included: Smashing, Wave Dashing, Shine Dashing, etc. It just got too out of control for me, so I quit. Good game while it lasted though, Ganondorf was my fav.

 

I like melee and just to say pika pika chu is one of my fav too light though cant wait till brawl i wanna use wario 8)

 

Roy was the best. The red blade attack. Killer. Marth was just a wanna-be. And Gannandorf's dark punch thing was awesome. I'm still debating with myself if i should get a wii or not.

 

In Brawl they have like Special Moves. and Samus' is this huge beam from her gun and after she uses it all her armour falls off and you're now Zer Suit Samus. But Samus was the best character in the orginal but Mewtwo was kickass, Zelda was just plain sick, Roy was godly, Ness sucked and there was that one "Mr." guy was cool.

 

I would get Brawl if it was for the 360 because i hate wii the graphics looks like they stayed the same.
