I want a real time game..

That's kinda like Black & white, where you start out with a village and they all have their tasks and shit

    and they expand and stuff

and you can have an influence on how fast or slow they grow and stuff but i want to be able to walk away and come back two days later and see how they have progressed and stuff

kinda like the sims but.. more like black & white

any games out there like this?[/u]

i can't think of any games but it sounds like a very interesting concept. you should organize it and try to pitch it to some different companies. or just wait for one to come out lol.

Ever heard of "Virtual Villagers"? I don't know if it's real-time, and it's not black and white...

But you can train your villagers and marry them and put them into places to live and stuff. I have a friend that plays it a lot and she's really into it. Doesn't fit a lot of your criteria, but you could check it out.

I played a demo... it seems to be one of those games that is hard the first time, but then really easy after that... they almost look after themselves, you just have to direct them to do other stuff, like research

hm...you should try settlers IV, its not real time, but the villagers have their tasks...you can make them into different people with different jobs, such as pioneers (which expand your land) geologists ( which tell you can mine from your mountain) and alot more. If you manage to get a valid CD key.. and play online, it should be fun..not like me..stuck alone..hehe...
