When I go to the contests section it says I do not have the proper permissions to view it... how do I get the permissions?
That depends. If you're under 13, then neopets requires you to print out and fill you a parental consent form with one of your parents. I would just create another account and say that your birthday was around '92. When it was still the older site, I did that, but I was able to say that I was over 13 and was trusted. I know it's lying, but a BUNCH of new parts of the site open up if you're over 13.
Ahhh... ok but I was wondering at the same time (cause I don't wanna make a new board) but why I have less points than my posts? If you count this one I have 71 posts: 3 points off for posting in help and intro 10 points off for program ... why do I have at least 9 points missing? Thnx
