The Simpsons Movie

I saw it today and all I have to say is :| :back: :nope: [...] it was such a let down. For those of you who have seen it what Homer said in the beginning was true "This is so stupid why did we pay to watch what we could watch on T.V. for free". Thoughts?

 

I saw it last night and i thought it was quite funny... Especially the comment from Ralph and the "spiderpig". I was happy with it

 

i didnt see it but based on the comericials it doesnt seem that funni =/
guess im not watching it

 

Same goes for me, The trailers really didn't make me want to see the movie. I guess I wanted to see the movie based on the fact that it was the Simpsons. I will try to see it but I don't know if it will be in theaters I just hope I am not let down.

 

I really liked it. My dad thought it was hilarious.

I know I had said that I didn't plan on watching it...but my friends talked me into it.
The movie was better than I thought it would be...a few laughs here and there...but that's it.
This could just have easily been a TV special, as it just had the feel of a longer episode.

 

I'm going to see it with my boyfriend on Wednesday. I'm not particularly attracted by the trailers, but I don't tend to base my decisions on those anyway - I always prefer to see the full film and make my own mind up.

Anyway, what is so wrong with it being like a longer episode? I mean, quite frankly, what the hell did you expect?? :lol:. An epic tale of romance and mystery?

I've heard mixed opinions from my friends xD. Some say they loved it and others thought it just really wasn't worth paying for. I won't watch it in the theatres, but I'll probably watch it online or on dvd one day

 

Ok well I admit that the movie did have its funny-esk moments but for the most parts there were more funny episodes than the movie was.

 

Its gone into my favorite movie list now I LOVED it as you can probably tell from my sig

Well I think it's one of those movies worth downloading after the dvd comes out... not actually going to the theatre for it. But I've always loved the Simpsons I might go watch it because I heard it was pretty funny.

the skateboarding part was awesome hahaha

 

some people say its good some people say its bad. but i still wanna watch it ​

 

I thought it was really good, but like all cartoons, i dont like paying 10 bucks to see it
