Occasionally on the AC I've seen people talking saying they can RS and make millions a day... and here I am with barely scratching 100k a day. I've also heard of legendary ABers that can make almost billions, so why can't I? Is it just that the ABs here are not yet advanced enough? Or have they reached there potentian limit and this is the best I can hope for? Would it be better to just get really good at RSing, or wait for better ABs?
People in neo and myself included use to thing that any ABer had 100% sucess rate, therefore people gain billions. Total rubbish AB can fail as much as a human if not more xD AB depending on the RS's can make 0k a day. or sometimes 50mil a day. Say your ABer is set to 3-7 second refresh. 00:00:00 (AB refreshes) 00:00:01 Shop restocks 00:00:1-00:04 Human has a 3second headstart IF The ab'er refreshes on the 3seconds. Human could even have a SEVEN second headstart in which case item is gone. Semi-legit humans can buy in 2-2.5secodns, fully legit 3-3.5. Just depends on luck/chance/patience And avoid icing
I have enjoyed posting on this board but I'm also wondering if having an AB is worth it? The freeze rate can be high (from what I've read in the posts) and I'm very afraid of chain ices, which happened to me once... 100k doesn't sound so bad to me although some people say how they get dozens of MPs every day, etc... I've also heard of supposed "billionaires" from RS legitly however as I'm lazy by nature I think I will use ABs :arf:
You can go for a quite awhile with ABs if you know what you're doing (no going on AB sprees, keeping a low profile, and using proxies) personally, I'm going to stick to legit rsing and then if neo freezes me for no good reason; THEN I'd use an ABer just to spite them >: D Legit rsing can be more profitable, but it all depends on your connection speed and how fast you can haggle.
most ABers are set to 5-10 seconds though, so i'd imagine that a legit RSer could beat an ABer that was being cautious
It all depends on the frequency of restocking and what time you AB. For example I always get a lot more items if i AB during the night. But to avoid icing, I never leave my AB on for more than an hour at a time. I take a break and play some games or waste time before restarting. legit RS can be frustrating at times when you are trying to go as fast as possible but always get beat also
lol....i'm with you on that one. i'm a legit RSer. I'm not that great, but sometimes i do wonder if TNT thinks i'm abing because i don't really get RS ban and i refresh every 3-4 seconds. So it makes me concern. If i become frozen for no good reason...then i will turn to ABer just to miss up the economy.
I think that ABers pwn RSers. First of all, when you use an ABer you don't have to do anything. So you can just go playing another game. And when you RS for a long time, you get a headache Well, I get that at least And I can't really restock normally, never did it. So I can only use an Aber.
