Anybody else like this movie aswell? I thought it was in great
detail of the way stories of greek warriors were told. Very graphic,
but in a very phonie way. I thought it was fairly convincing

i enjoyed the gladiatorlike battle scenes the best ( :

 

I saw it at the Roskilde Festival for free ^^
Everyone was all pumped up and we even got to drink our gin and tonics in the theatre
Awesome movie, well at least it looked good.

 

It was pretty good considering the background was mostly not real...

Didn't like neither the direction, nor the story... I'm pretty tired of these American movies that upset real story or myths :/ (such for "Troy"... give me the real Iliad!)
I prefer movies like "The Gladiator" and "Alexander"... they surely are more realistic and pertaining.
Anyway I've had the same problem with "Sin City"... I think I don't like neither the comic type.

 

i thought that they won before i saw it but at the end when he threw the spear and missed that big dude...well :nope:
