There's a board like this here as well? ...Wow. XD
Anyways, when comparing the anime.. well, I don't like either anime. Pokemon just goes on and on and doesn't stop and it's always about Ash and his Pikachu that never seems to reach lv 100 no matter how many regions its been through. Digimon has a more interesting storyline, and moves the main character around so we won't get sick of the characters like how we do Ash, but the stories are a bit too complicated for my tiny brain to comprehend.
About the game.. Well, Digimon has more kinds of games than Pokemon, I suppose, ranging from Digimon World where you have to run around training your Digimon, feeding it, and bringing it to the washroom to do its business.. To Digimon Rumble Arena, where you control a single Digimon and run around batting another digimon. Yay. Then there's Digimon World 2 which Pokemon Mystery Dungeon seemed to have ripped off, and Digimon World 3 that's a typical RPG like the original Pokemon games. I'm not sure about anything further than that; don't have a PS2. Digimon's fun if you actually like training your digimon, since the main motive of most of the Digimon games involves forcing you to reduce your Digimon's level just so it can level up past the initial level limit. And Pokemon.. that's the typical Gotta catch em' all.
Pokemon were created to be more 'organic' initially (the new Sinnoh Pokemon seem to beg to differ) while Digimon could have anything seemingly synthesized from data (Gabumon's Garurumon pelt that is non-existant before it evolves). Some Digimon also happens to be the ones that can look more aggressive compared to most Pokemon, I guess. Unless you're comparing the fuzzy little Koromon against something like Regigigas...

    Digimon > Pokemon
Pokemon has gone too far and created some of the worst crap of pokemon.
If they stopped at 151 they would be the winers in my book.

There are a lot more Digimon than there are Pokemon, though..
Have you compared Blackagumon and Agumon? XD
They're the same, only difference is their colors..

Pokemon could have done better with the recoloring of their Shiny Pokemon, though.
