definitely stem cells should be used for research. Who knows what amazing discoveries could be made with them. Without them, perhaps a serious disease would sweep the world.
I think it could be beneficial for figuring out how to cure diseases and help us to better understand the human illness processes and things.
Have you read some of the earlier posts? They found a way to take it without causing any harm whatsoever. Therefore, what's there to justify?
rich people will exploit poor people who do not necessarily want to donate stem cells but have to because they may need the money whatsoever. and also. thats what they say about abortions. altough its a brutal process that leaves women emotionaly AND physically scarred but then again its there choice (but not always) but thats another story sorry, didnt meant to shut you down
I'm all for stem cells, and there will always be controversy when it comes to involving human life in such a way, but I think it's better for us in the long run. There's endless possibilities for stem cells and it could end up saving many lives
I'm pro-choice so seeing if it's a fetus than whatever they can be used. From umbilical cords of alive babies yes!
I think the benefits to stem research are greater than the detriments. The fact that stem cells can produce cells with basically any other cell characteristic is amazing. The could be used to reverse heart attacks, or even give a quadriplegic a new spinal cord to walk!
I think stem cell research should be allowed, they're not going to be used for anything else, so why not?
i'm christian, but to my knowledge i think that they should be allowed it could prolong, save, and enhance the quality of many people's lives. what more could you ask for?
We need more Shakey's Pizzas! Seriously though, I think stem cells could become a great thing for the health of thousands of people. It's a shame that in the US there's no chance to develop the technology right now.
