Hairspray

I was kind of wary of it at first cause of John Travolta... he bothers me :lol: But I heard nothing but good about it so I went to watch it.. and it's so good!! I especially love Michell Pfeiffer... always have but she's really good.

Did any of you watch it? What do you think?

 

I haven't watched it......yet, but my friend absolutely loved it ^^ So hopefully I'll see it sometime soon.

Yes it is. I live in Asia (Thailand) and it's been out for ages. I've already seen it.

And I must be confused, what are you talking about? where was John Travolta in this movie? ...I don't think I saw him in it at all. *scratches head*

update: ewwwwwwwwwwww i've been doing some digging and... he's the mother?!?! well, ok. no wonder she looked so weird.

hmmmm in 2 minds whether to download it and watch it or go to the cinema. Reckon i'll probably download it, it'll save me some money so i can i go to the pub.

Oh I dunno... I expected his voice to be cheesy but it's actually quite pleasant on my ears when he sings... he's also not a bad actor and he's definitely good looking.... maybe he just needs some time to hone his talent

 

Well he's super cute. I didn't mind looking at him for like 2 hours.

 

I just recently seen it and thought it was amazing. I am a big fan of the Queen and it was nice seeing her acting.
I still prefer Divine as the mom though but John tRavolta was alright. SOme of the singing was strong and others were pretty weak.

 

It was SO strange seeing John Travolta as a woman haha. I almost forgot he could sing and dance. Then I was just like "oh.. GREASE, duh."

Haha.

 

i havent seen it but from the commercials it really doesnt look that appealing

 

i have yet to see it, i probably wont though
