hi im looking for a gold guide. maybe with tips on where to farm for things that sell well any help is much appreciated :yup:
You don't really need a guide, just watch the auction house and use some common sense. If you're level 70, you can go around doing all of the quests that you didn't do for a lot of gold, that's why it's a lot more money efficient to grind levels so you can skip a bunch of quests and earn the reward as gold (which adds up considering a lot of quests give 7-15g in BC). Money is really inflated into the economy right now because of the major ways to get money, the easiest way of doing it now is getting a flying mount (you can do this by just selling stuff and doing quests) and then doing the 11 daily quests every day (which rakes up to 125g every day, plus pots which you can sell for more gold). If you're having a hard time getting a flying mount, get a tradeskill that involves mats which you can sell. The best probably being herbalism because people who raid will always pay for mats before raids and you can learn when to sell at higher prices.
Gold in WoW is very simple to make and doesn't require to an indepth guide either. First things first, what are you good at? Are you a great grinder? Good at doing quests fast? Have plenty of time and will power to snipe and resell the AH? Do you have the proffesions to make tons of Gold by just flying around and/or killing? Once you find what you can do well there is no stopping the Gold train. What I do is farm water elementals on the Elemental Plateu and fish the Pure Water nods for more mote/primals. Then I buy a few Primal Earths off the AH for <5G a pop and then once a day transmute one to a Primal Water and if it procs more then 1 primal water w00t me. My brother is a fanatic, i'll ask him what he does next time he surfaces from his mancave. If i ever started playing, i'd ask him. From what i know, he's the highest level you can be, and flys around (my guess is he has the aforementioned flying mount) and kills things. And he's -always- in big groups with his friends doing stuff.
gold is so easy to make if your in a good guild now, i have over 25k and nothing to do with it now. Just try to get a group to farm instances and sell the items
i found that doing hard instances and disenchanting the blues that no one needs is a really good method i did that at level 40, to get glimmering shards
