Your sincerely, -Gaia Administrator & Help & Support Team- is this some kinda scam??? theres no way im giving out my e-mail password! y would a mod or admin ask for that. even neopets doesnt ask that. i think some1 is trying to scam me through my e-mail. can any1 verify? 1. the person did not have an avi but any user can just delete it to look more legit. 2. their profile was not acessable to the public but i think there is an option 4 that for all users. 3. i dont think a real mod would name their self mod8624. they seem to have ordinary usernames like any1 elses. im 100% legit on gaia. i have a mule but thats it. they cant freeze u 4 that can they? how would they even know if it was mine i hardly even use it.
It's definitely a scam, for all the reasons you listed. Just ignore it or report it to the real mods.
just thought of another y would my trades have anything to do w/ it? they just want vall my items including the items in trade. yeh the more i think about it it has to be a scam. also y would my pass suddenly change back automatilly after it being changed to GAIA123. ETA: if u r a gaia user plz post this everywhere & tell ppl about this. it does sound legit i almost believed it when i 1st saw it but looking deeper into it i now see this persons method. it is tricky i have to say, but as a neo cheater i know a thing or 2 about it & used that knoladge to figure it out after examination. plz make other useres on gaia aware of this younger ppl wont know this trick! plz repost the message that was sent to every1 on ure friends list, in ure guilds & on the forum! thank you.
I would put in fake information just to see what they say.. haha.. what losers.. why do people scam? it's rediculous. Go scam people out of real money, not game accounts.. wait.. don't do that, either. I am not promoting scamming!

it really looked legit when i 1st saw it & after being froze on neo i was like wat now!!! the words the person used were good, sounded professional, like somethin a mod would say. i dont cheat on gaia i dont like it that much but i do have 5 accounts there. not sure how easy it is to detect but a good reminder not to be so relaxed there. im not worried about being froze there never have been, after this i ralized u could freeze me easy as ive left too many cluse on all accts. too many trades to my main, etc. from now on im only useing the donation option. i dont think it can be tracked. can it?
Definantly a scam!! I can tell by the capitalization of REPORTED. They wouldn't cappitalize that word o.o
