Pics or it didn't happen. At the very least you could give us some hints to search down for the studies ourselves. =)
Try googling "Effects of same sex marriage in children" or thumbing through articles on MSN. Alot of the articles I randomly read come off MSN.
they have a greater chance of depression compared to what? other children in general? other kids who are adopted? the feeling that your parents didnt want you and abandoned you CAN have an effect on the psyche of children and then the adults they grow up to be; it may just be the whole "lack of pirates cause global warming" thing going on here.
That wasn't good enough, there was several different reports. I'm looking for the one you said would state that most reports point to that homosexual parents weren't as good as heterosexual parents.
I understand that some parents think that raising a kid is based on teaching them how to be like you. That's wrong. Raising your kid is about teaching them how to live life, what's right and wrong, know what a right is and know what a privelage is, and all that crap.. They aren't there to make mini-me's.. Homosexual and heterosexual has nothing to do with it. If heterosexuals were so caking good at raising kids then how come there's so many caked up people?!?
I don't think you have a very good argument. plus googling same sex marriage IN children doesn't even sound morally or ethically correct. I think you meant on children
well your not gay so you don't know what a gay person thinks like. they feel like they need to tell someone.
It's not our job to butt into how people like each other. It's okay to be a homo... I just wouldn't like it...but it's not my problem :|
im not for it or against it, people should be able to be in love with who they want, but it is a little weird at times
I think it's sad that someone could be descriminated against because of preference in sexual partner. I am not lesbian or bisexual as such but I do have gay and bi friends. They're all so much fun and great to be around. I would never make friends according to their sexual preference I make friends based on what morals and values we have in common and how they treat others.
i dont mind it but i just think like if your sensitive or girly find a manly girl haha sounds funny but thats what i think and for girls if your tough and hardcore find a soft and girl guy to even it out
relationships are not just about balance, its about compatibility. If that was the solution for homosexuality, a feeble and naive one i must say, then we wouldn't have this problem in the world.
I personally don't think it's wrong, but I think it's just weird. I'm somewhat homophobic, but if I actually know someone that's homosexual, or even bi, as long as they don't really do anything with their partner while around me, it's fine I think. Somewhat contradicting myself, but I just have weird personal thoughts on a lot of issues. lol
I definitely dont think that homosexuality is wrong. I think that it is caused by a combination of nature/nurture, but is MOSTLY nature. (Base this on results of studies that have shown that the likelyhood you will be gay is increased drastically for every brother born before you in the family) I admit, it does seem a little strange to me, but I accept people for who they are, rather then what they are. I dont think that i would be comfortable telling people that i was gay, definitely not in my current self worth / image / all that stuff. It might be quite different if i was though.
What are your opinions about homosexuality? I thinks its gross. But if its real love, then no. do you think it's right/wrong? wrong is it caused by nature or nurture? nurture would you feel comfortable telling people you were gay? Well, I think yes.
I think it is absolutely fine. As long as people are happy. We shouldn't be judged by are gender; we are just people!
