I don't know any similar english slang! ¬¬"

wow, you'd have to be quite good.

the most i ever scored in a game was 3, that was in my entire life.

    most recently, only 2 :S

It's only good when you have the English premiere league teams on top. I enjoy their style of game.

Goals in a game? I've gotten 5 in a highschool game.

Lol can't believe you said Portugal were gonna win the UEFA cup. The only team that's currently there is Braga, and they're like in the 7th position of the Bwin League (the portuguese championship).

Besides, there's Tottenham and Atletico de Madrid, how will they ever make it through them if they struggled themselves all out to draw with the Bolton Wanderers.
They may make it through the group stage, but not further.

I bet either Atletico or Tottenham will win this year. Most probably Atletico though. They scored 3 goals outside against LK Moskva (I guess it's spelt like that) and if it was in the final stage, that would almost guarantee that they would go through.

I mentioned Tottenham too, but I am not really sure. They lost 1-2 at home, against some Getafe, and they did not play that well, but will sure make it through the group stage.

Btw, Holland aren't that bad, I mean, there's AZ Alkmar which beat Paços de Ferreira (portuguese team) and qualified themselves. And they were also pretty lucky with the group, they'll make it through this stage too so =)

EDIT: Just realized you were probably talking about the Champions League, not the UEFA Cup, if that's so...

Yea Portugal do have a strong chance to win. Porto was kinda lucky to get a suprisingly not good performing Liverpool, and are currently at the second place (will most probably make it through). Sporting is currently on third place, and I dno really what to think about them. They have Man Untd (no chance against them) and Roma (lost away 2-1, if they can't beat them at home then forget) and some other team on their group, it's not going pretty well for them.
Then there's the team I support, Benfica. They had a draw with AC Milan away (which is good already), but they lost with Shaktar at home... They're not really consistent since there are loads of young players and sometimes they do well, sometimes they don't. They're in third place of their group currently, and hopefully if they beat Shaktar and Celtic, and draw with Milan, they will get through.

However, there's Barcelona. Messi + Ronaldinho + Eto + Thierry Henry = Pwnage. There's also Man Untd, which also are a difficult challange. So Portugal may have a hard time against them, I'm just expecting them to reach the semi-finals or something around that.

I like soccer but don't watch it much. I get confused on the teams too but this year I'm going to actually choose a favorite team and follow them along.

England crashed out yesterday lost to Croatia 3-2.
    LOL and Mclaren's face!
After the terrible first half perfomance for England, I'm surprised they came back they way they did, but still, the first half is what decided the game really.
Englands goalkeeper was so nervous, after a few nice saves he looked a bit more confident but was just a case of too little, too late.

Yep, and Holland lost to White-Russia, or whatever it's called in English.

In other words, the Dutch team still plays rubbish.

I think the Home Nations are in order now. Being English and Scottish i can at least hope Scotland beat N. Ireland to it.

I think Portugal will win the Euros now but i can hope some other team will.

As for Club level, I'm a Leeds supporter and watch home and away nearly every game. Tottenham and Arsenal are the teams i follow up top and Ipswich and Colchester in the 2nd tier as they are local. As for abroad i like Monaco and Real Racing Club de Santander (Racing Santander) for no reason whatsoever.
