It is about the news, "If it bleeds it leads".
In the news you just hear about violence and all the bad things.
Hard to find any good news.
What do you all think of that?

Well i think we hear of very little good news as the news is about the dramatic, and so they watch for and report on bad storys as to evoke a reaction, which 9 times out of 10 they do get the wanted results of the broadcast. Thats just my opinion on it.

That's what people want to hear, though.

People like being scared, or hearing about how horrible their lives are...

    It sells.

    that's just society.
As nice as it is for someone to do a nice deed (like save a kitten or something  ) who wants to spend their sunday morning reading about that? People thrive off of other people's misfortunes.

Well, the US likes blood, violence, and fighting more than they like pretty pretty princess.

Though, I do believe, the news should have a mix of the two.

I don't like hearing about all the Soldiers dying in this 'war' that's going on, I want to hear about the success we're having to keep our moral up. I believe the news is making people jump to conclusions that would otherwise be different and possible the exact opposite if they knew the full story. =/
