I myself lost more than 25% of my points spending them to buy programs that won't work or at least won't work as they should work. I don't want to stirr up the hive here but i got a little frustrated when i saw Extreme Potato Counter Trainer freezes at checking programs or wingoball scar malfunctioning or the auto pricer by snowman not working or pharm aber by billy abing s**t. Althought the spiderers and the other autobuyers even the last updated auto-pricer works perfectly. Conclusion : The downloads MUST be updated.
If a program dosn't work report it and pm the owner and post that it dosn't work, before a program should be added to the store whoever aproves it should've sucessfullly used it. I for one will either refund points if one of my programs didn't work or fix the problem
I agree..my downloads list include a bunch of programs that have never worked for me. ..usually when I PM the maker I get a .." It works for me..." response. Points aren't really a big deal to me since I'm currently a legit RSer..but I think if you make a program, you should see that it works, and that it continues to work...and at least attempt [EDIT: typo] to fix any problems ^^

Sorry to disappoint, but there's a limited number of programmers. Its not like there's always gonna be some other program that will perform the exact same task. Also, its not right that someone has to save up 100 cash or so only to realize that the program doesn't work for him/her. I will always attempt to fix any problem or bugs occurring in my programs. Just PM me
For the most part, programs will have any bugs reported by other users who have posted at the bottom, under the download description. Always look at those before you buy anything if you want to be cautious. And like Zero said, there's a limited number of programmers and they're not going to spend all their time making and perfecting programs for us. While FastBullet is right in saying that programs should be updated and maintained, it's still the on the whim of the programmer. Speaking of which, a big TY to all the NF programmers. And like skip said, you can always PM a mod to refund you your points if a program doesn't work for you even after you'ved pmed the creator.
i think this is a concept that you dont grasp, everything takes work. you cant just have everyone carry out your every wish and expect it to work. if youre not satisfied with the way someone works, make your own freaking programs. have some respect.
