The best game in the world. Most addicted I've ever been to something. I think a least 6 full years of my life playing it. Ive had many amazing characters, some banned, some hacked.. My recent one has been a lvl 92 Hammer Din. 16k hammers. Post if you play the game, and you're memories about it!
Uhmm, its probably the best classic RPG game every, since its free to go online and for the time it was made, it has amazing graphics and it a massive online RPG.

D2 expansion was a great addition to the game, but I thought Baal's character was a little too annoying, compared to Diablo and Mephisto. Loved the Assassin though, she rocked my world
Lmao, yeah blizzard really did step it up in the expansion. Unlike many other games, they listen to what the gamers want. New characters, bigger room for items.. better quests. Long live Blizzard.

Aiiiiieeee. Diablo II: LOD... Best. Game. Ever. Well, maybe not ever, but it comes pretty dang close. I played a lot with my boyfriend last summer - he got me into it, I NEVER thought I would like a game like that. I had a pretty BA orb sorc though. Haven't played in a while, but after reading this thread I'd really like to see if I can find my disc and install it again. Pretty sure it would consume my life for a while. 8D
People still play Diablo? I remember that game like... 8 years ago. Wow. Maybe I should get it out again xD I got to agree that COD is the best game for computers right now. Though I can't play COD4 until my new graphics card comes
Oh yeah! =D A lot of people still play. It's amazing how many users are still getting online and stuff. If you remember it from 8 years ago and so many people are still using it, it must be great.
I had a level 95 hdin, 17k hammers, etc. I then had another hdin level 92 on my newer acc, 14k hammers... Now I have nothing. I didn't get banned or anything, I was always inactive :/ But eh, it was a great game. After a while though...it does get kind of boring.
Wow! :O You got into the 90s? I don't think I ever made it that far - pretty sure my highest level was a 75. Quit playing last year though and lost all my stuff. So, yeah, I agree - there's only so much one can take.
Getting into the 90's is pretty easy with the new uber lvl games and baal bots. One could probably get from 1-90 in under 3 hours.
Oh, yeah - that's absolutely true. I never used bots though, I always did my leveling legitly (well, as legitly as Baal runs can be). I guess I just assumed the same for Acorn, so it seemed like more of an accomplishment. I did forget that a lot of people use bots though. xDD The most I ever cheated was by maphacking.
