Maybe a Program thats tells you when I shop is gonna restock and maybe what Items are in that Restock But how would you get that Information lol

It'd be pointless to have that, as it'd only be able to get the info when it restocks. So when you get the notification and then go to the shop, the most stuff is already gone.
Pointless, not to mention impossible without hacking the neopets servers. The shops restock at random. They could restock 30 seconds apart or they could restock 30 minutes apart. Theres no way of telling when they are going to restock, you can estimate but thats about it.
Okk Well I am suggesting OR could there be a way TO like make it so It tells you the time when zthe Restock is going to happen?
You can't get in the information you need to tell _when_ it's _going_ to happen. You can only refresh and it will tell you once it has started. I don't know why you would want something like that. Do you want to use a program to help you do some legit restocking? If you're using a program to help it's really not legit at all. You should just use one of the many fine autobuyers available.
Seriously, actually LISTEN to Jazzeh. Or Milanos. Or Darth. It's flat out i-m-p-o-s-s-i-b-l-e to know when a shop is going to restock in advance. The times are random. Now, it is possible for a program when a shop has restocked or is restocking, and this may be useful in many cases. Of course, you could just run an aber and not load a list.
