Money turned Purple??

    i read a article yesterday on msn

    saying that the government is going to

    make the 5$ bill purple first to see how

    it goes.....they are doing this soooo that

    itll be harder to copy

    i think its a good idea!

    what are your thoughts and concerns?

    if the US is scared of counterfiet money, why do they keep making them out of paper?

    easy to counterfeit i also

    think that they look cool

    its something different....

    In Canada our money has been colour coded for a while. 5-Blue 10-Purple 20-Green 50-Red 100-Brown

    Money in the UK has been colour coded for years. Still counterfeited even with every extra security feature they put in.

    Here the newer bills are made from plastic and has some things that cnat be copied, vwery safe

    and most countries have color money and made out of plasticy materials with shiny reflectors so its nearly impossible to counterfeit it

    This is one of the many benefits of living in England, our money has always been colour coded :)
