Help regarding payments

    my brother setup his WoW account to my mums card
    She is being charged the £9 a month as normal
    He has moved away, and is no longer giving her the ££
    how can she cancel it?

    We dont know his username, or anything
    And he doesnt keep in contact anymore

    any ideas?

    I don't know WoW but i guess you could get hold of her bank and tell them not to pay money to WoW

    Is WoW on a computer you still have at your house? If so, go to Program Files<World of Warcraft<WTF folder. In there you will find his username. Get your mom to email blizzard support asking for them to stop taking payments from xxxxxx(bank account or card number[your moms]) on account xxxxxx(your brothers)
    If all goes well the payments will be canceled :)

    he took the computer with him so we've lost that as well :/
    may as well wait for 6months to be up
