    After some time googling, I think it's supposed to be Club Penguin.

    And I don't think there are cheats for it.

    Club Penguin. its where you are a penguin (duhh) and you 'waddle around at meet new freinds'. its quite good but you have to pay to be a proper member, or you can do it 4 free, but u can't buy much with your coins. theres not many cheats.
    i would give you the site, but its being upgraded 2day. i'll cheack back later
