ironman

just got back from seeing it.
it was awsome, best movie i have seen in awhile.
effects were great and had alot of humor, some scenes were hilarious.
if you like the previews you'll love the movie.
go to the bathroom before the movie, once it starts you won't want to leave.
i seriously thought about going back in to see it again.

 

I've seen the previes, and it looks good. That, and The Kingdom, I want to see.

The "Iron Man" song that played, was it by Black Sabbath or has someone redone it?

 

yeah it was a good movie but i wish they had more of iron man fighting rather than stark tinkering with the suit.. the effects were bananas,, it was a good movie overall and iron monger kicks ass...he is a behemoth

 

I saw the Kingdom and just got back from Ironman it kicks major ass but the ending is teh suck and I will tell you that there will be a second one

 

Not really sure if I'll like this. I liked Spiderman, but the rest of comic-into-movies that I've seen have all been crap imo. Then again, I think I've watched the bad ones.

 

Aye I just got back from seeing it too very good, and yes I think it was a remix on Iron Man by Black Sabbath, or at least thats what I thought.

 

Ghostrider was a good movie, but the Hulk sucked.
Spiderman, good. Various Batman movies have been good, too.
X-Men was great.

I do not think many comic movies are made to be disappointments, Emph.

 

Tottaly agree with you. I saw it yesterday and I loved it. Some scenes are just hilarius. Gweeneth and Robert Downie Jr are perfect in their papers.

 

great movie, there are some Marvel based comic movies that have done well, namely the Spiderman and X-men series. Fantastic 4, Daredevil, Hulk(2003), and Elektra.... not so well

 

I've heard good things about this one, I might have to watch it.

 

i can watch it once a day for a week, its that good

 

i kinda liked the special effects in iron man xD looked somewhat like erm transformers xD

 

OMg. i watched every trailers in this in youtube.. and never watched ironman ... maybe later ill download,

Yeah exactly. Ive been waiting for a good release on the internet, hope one will turn up these days. I read some average/good reviews about it. So many superhero movies lately though :|

I saw it Sunday. I thought the first half hour was slow(and the 20 minutes worth of previews before >.>), but it got really good.

Did anyone else see Nick Fury preview? Sadly, IMDB says its not coming out until 2010.

I seriously loved it.
I went into the theater skeptical because I usually hate those super hero-ish movies, but it was actually pretty damn funny too. :]
