Enable All site themes

Well, if you are like me and like site themes trying this out might not be bad (I realized there was no guide for this, and i had found this a long time ago somewhere..)

1.Install the greasemonkey add-on for firefox from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748

2.then go http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/14357 and click "Install script"

3.When you are done, go your http://www.neopets.com/preferences.phtml and then choose the site theme you would like to use

note: You dont need to click "change details"

most likely not? because its just covering the image that tnt has only in firefox you dont really have the themes if im correct, however ive heard of people being ice for using adblock and rsing something about tnt detecting images being blocked

I doubt it, ive been using it for a month or two, it slows your page loads a tiny bit but its pretty cool. i havent been frozen for it. yet

 

I haven't seen the script myself, but I think it probably just covers up the current theme with a new one. However, if it actually blocks out the current theme images, and replaces them with the new theme, there is a valid reason to be iced. Even so, you won't be iced for something like this, TNT only ices people for cheating that makes it -very- unfair for other players or disrupts the economy.

It doesnt block them, it just covers them. If you have slow enough internet you can see the yellow sidebar behind it before the sidebar you like loads.

 

exactly what i thought it did i didnt dl i just assumed so it should be no worse than using adblock which like i stated above ive heard of getting iced if u are rsing with things blocked

does it only work in firefox or will it work in internet explorer as well?

 

It'll work for any browser that supports Greasemonkey scripts.

You're quite welcome for writing the script (I can't believe how many "guide" creators get credit just for finding my script)

I don't use the script because of the slowdown it causes but it's nice to see the different themes available. You could use stylish and it would be faster (or even faster edit your default css so you don't need the extra addon) but it's not the full theme.

 

I prefer to earn site themes but thanks for that script =)

Nope, never. The script only replaces the images over the current theme images and makes it look like another team. If your computer is slow enough, you can still see the basic theme when the page loads before the new image covers it.
