I dont usually watch sports but this i defanitely watched! My dad plays tennis so he filled me on the stats before i sat down to watch and i must say i've seen some pretty good tennis played before but, my god! that was amazing tennis! Although for an athlete Roger is leaving the perfect age range and Rafa is truly just getting to his prime so you had to be expecting something like this even with last years finals...

I hated this match. I love rafael nadal, but i'm an even larger roger federer fan. My heart was racing during the entire 4th and 5th sets...i could only wonder what the players were going through...

Gah, too bad Rafa can't do smack on hard court. The ball moves too fast for him to run around and catch every ball.. heck even Andy Roddick could beat Rafa on hard court. -.-" Hopefully Federer can win a grand slam at the US Open... just gotta beat out Djockovic.

I watched from the 3rd set on. Man was it a match. I saw it at 6-4,6-4 and thought Nadal has it. Fed wins the 3rd set and I knew he wasn't going away quietly. Man this was a match for the ages.

It was such a tense-ful match! I couldn't imagine how nerve wrecking it must have been for both of them.

I think Federer has had his time, eventually the next generation catches up, although at the momemnt Federers experience IMO makes him better for now, but Nadal is only getting stronger and he is quick to boot!
