    Anyone excited for this year's games?

    I'm lookin forward to watching the swimming events and the mens basketball team (ridiculous). I hope everyone does well and the innovative stadiums and arenas look pretty cool =D

    But I'm going to be missing opening ceremony. >_>

    Yeah... I've always loved the ceremonies as much as watching the actual sports themselves.

    The whole environment of the olympics is just so amazing. I think my fav must be diving, it's just so tense and exciting :)

    Yeah, lets hope he can go for 8 golds this year.. or is it 9??? Not sure but if he does, I'll... I'll I'm not sure.. BLARGH.

    summer games never go to well for canada... i mean out b ball team is fighting like hell just to get in lol... we save it all for winter games and u'll all see in 2010=)

    Yeah, that's what was supposed to happen in FIBA. And they did it during the first games, but got owned in the end. China team FTW!

    I went to Beijing over the summer and saw the stadiums. All I can say is =OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

    I'm exciting too =P I'll watch soccer (foot for europe people) evry day x) I love it ! Even if Canada is like... really bad xD Also I'll watch swimming and I wish Alexandre Despathies (quebec athlete) will win medals again :D

    I've watched every olympics since I can remember.. my first probably being the 1996 atlanta games. I was only 7 but it was still awesome. I love watching the opening ceremony.
