A couple is going to abort their accident conception in 48 days if they don't raise two million dollars (the cost to support this kid for a lifetime) before that time. UHHH WHAT?!

People are so crazy! What do you think about this? Does anybody think this is justifiable??

I think raising two million dollars is a little too much, maybe 100 thousand dollars...

but in my opinion, go ahead and abort the fetus, as if I care, xD

Is this a hoax? It sounds like one of those fake chain e-mails you get, like "Please donate money to help cure little Cindy. She has a rare genetic disease that turns her legs into fins when it gets wet"
Suppose a baby does cost 2 million dollars in its lifetime. That's in 21 years, as it says. Not just one lump sum. Hopefully they'll have jobs that earn more than $350 a week. You don't need 2 million all in one go. You can even get a portion of that amount, and if you invest in the right way, you have your $350 a week. From what I've read he wants 2 million, or abortion. If they raised a quarter of that, that's an excellent start many people don't have. It's most likely they would use the 2 million for things other than the baby.
He said himself that it costs a minimum of $350 a week to raise a baby to 21 years. If you work out the costs of raising a baby to 21 years at $350 a week, that's not even $400,000. But he wants to buy a car for his baby? Take it to Disneyland? These are not necessities, and at 21, the baby can earn money to buy his own car.
And because he doesn't have the money presently he's using that as an excuse to abort it? I don't see the reasoning in that.
So...he wants to kill the baby instead. Right....
And even if they do both come from ethnic families, they themselves jumped to the conclusion of their families abandoning them. Certain ethnic families may be strict, but they aren't heartless.
To me, it sounds like the man is just plain lazy. If he really want to keep the baby, he should take responsibility and get a job, or even several jobs. Otherwise, abort. There are better ways to spend or donate my money.

Totally agree with this. Looks like they are trying to find the easiest way out.

Although it might be interesting to see how much money they manage to get from other people. So far they have $20.61, I shall be keeping the page in my favourites just to see what happens.

Obviously a hoax. If the guy has time to create a website and blog about it, he has time to work. It's probably some college kid that wants some quick cash for his road trip or some middle age man who you'll see on Judge Judy in July.

I don't think it's a scam though, if they get enough money, they are probably going to keep the baby and use the money to raise it, getting pregnant accidentally is just too easy

It doesn't see like a scam but what IS sick is that there is a freaking countdown taking up half the page like COUNTDOWN UNTIL WE KILL OUR BUNDLE OF DREAD! Its like come on people... Geez makes me sick that its like that... Crazy people I say just have it born and live with it, you got her pregnant the kid has a right to live. Abortions are stupid, and money doesnt make the world go round, just make a reality show on TLC with your kids and your set for life!

Oh my god I just realized that it's like the 24 timer counting down to when the world again.

    "x time until ABORTION"

    So obnoxious.

sounds like a hoax to me. 2 million is way too much and im not really for abortion but if they dont have any money then they should just put it up for adoption instead of aborting

What seems quite funny is that now the page comes up with a message saying:

Lol what must the parents be thinking!?! It's just not acceptable, seeing how many others have raised their kids without anywhere near 2million. Unjustifiable.
