FYI - this is the greatest MMORPG of all time, I also believe it was the first, and it's free..... so yeah. I was talking about it in another thread - how I played this game from 1999 to 2000 and how incredible it was until they changed the rules and then unbelievable.... my best friend calls me and tells me not only are some people running a shard that is a throwback to that great era but it's also FREE! If you aren't already aware of the greatness of this game, check out http://uo.stratics.com, google Ultima Online, and then go to their website and SIGN UP ---- http://www.uodivinity.com I just want to keep their website/program running and I figure the more people that play, the more reason they'll have to continue what they're doing. If you need any help figuring out how to set up/sign up or how to play once you're in, PM me and I'll help get you up and running.
The download for that game is unavaliable but it seems interesting. And the last time it was updated was in 2007? Also I don't understand what the first page you posted is about.
The first page is the biggest online compendium/strategy guide to Ultima Online. You couldn't get more information about the game anywhere else. As far as the download being unavailable, you're right - I forgot about it - the Official Ultima moved the download in order to try to roadblock free shards like Divinity. I know another working download link but I'm at work right now..... I'll post it when I get home around 9pm EST.
Okay.... a little later than I planned These are all the download links I'm currently aware of. If they work, great. If not, hit me up and I'll look for another. UO:ML Clients http://www.download.com/Ultima-Onlin...dlPid=10432238 http://www.uogaddict.com/uodownload/ UO:Gold Client: http://www.topdownloads.net/games/view.php?id=4388
I'm not sure if you're serious or if that was a spam post, since you could have just checked the links I provided to find out more about the game....... .....but to answer the question, I have no idea; I've never played Runescape. Or World of Warcraft. Or anything but Ultima (love it) and Dungeons and Dragons (hate it).
Woah I had no idea the game was so big! 739 MB!!! When I looked at the screenshots I didn't think i was going to be anything over 200Mb. I have too many games as it is on my PC right now and none of them are this large.
Considering the average computer comes with what... 40gig HD now? And gamers usually upgrade..... [...] It's quite alright... the game seems to be getting more heavily populated by the day, even without my help.
