Incognito mode doesn't hide your IP, and doesn't clear your cookies. It just prevents data coming from that session from being saved in the browser's settings.

Hate to bring up the nasty, but incognito mode is really only for people who look at porn or inappropriate sites (4chan) on computers used by other people in their house. There really is no other apparent use for it... InB4 "How would you know?" I dont even have google chrome nor a use for incognito mode. For those of u newbs that will ask wat InB4 means: Its calling out something that you think people will use to make fun of you for in your post. Now that ive called out InB4 (in before) it will no longer be funny and nobody can make jokes. Have a THUUUPER day
