Well get one ASAP and don't log into anything until you nuked it. Your last option would be to reformat your PC unless your fine with doing this. EDIT: Read your stuff past the ------ I thought that was your sig =/ Anyways its a keylogger and you can scan your computer with everything you have. Windows Defender is a virus scanner so you do have one. Use it and when it finds it remove it. If it doesn't find anything your going to want to download another virus scanner.
Run any kind of online virus scanner, I know there are alot of ways to hide a virus (in this case it's a RAT, a Remote Administration Tool, so he could move the mouse/use the keyboard to do everything he wants with your PC).
