If you have the facilities, squash can get pretty intensive

Parkour can be entertaining and exciting.

Search for tutorials or just type "parkour" in the youtube search box. :p

Maybe I'm missing something obvious but you could try baseball/softball.
In addition to playing on teams, my friends and I play home run derby and stuff like that.

Parkour/free running. I've been doing it for a couple years now and it's probably the most exciting thing in my life. xD Once you get good, it's easy to impress people as well. ;)

Indoor soccer. Squash. Both are extremely fast games. Very fun as well.

ME 2 !!! I know everything about it and I've used some elements in basketball/streetball :p

IT requires power and elasticity at the same time. It's risky though and in my country there aren't too many places to do that.

this is not a sport, but indeed tires the cake out of you; and its helped me physically and mentally....only possible if u have the money to spend hehe....fly to different distant cities, during the week or on the weekend....im a dj and ive had to fly from veracruz, to puebla, to monterrey, panama city, mexico city and some other area's of mexico in under a month!, when i got home i slept for almost an entire day due to exhaustion.... A LOT of walking, stayin up late, waking up at 6am to not miss my next flight etc....just a thought hehe =]

Try wrestling if you're in high school. It's tough but it makes you so fit.

Good old fashioned badminton. Normally you can rent rackets and shuttlecocks at a sports hall!

There aren't a lot of places in my area to do it either. Me and a couple of my friends are going to go around the country (and maybe to a couple other countries) and make a lot of videos sometime next year. It should be a blast.
