    Allen Iverson is being traded to the Detroit Pistons for Chauncey Billups and Antonio Mcdyess!!!

    What a crazy and unexpected trade!

    I have a hard time imagining AI playing the the pistons. I think Denver is getting ripped off here though. I prefer AI to Billups and McDyess isn't much of a contributer anymore.

    AI might be just trade bait though. However, if he and Sheed get freed up, Pistons will be crazy...

    Looking at the trade now I think Denver got the better deal! Billups is cheaper to keep and Billups is more likely to sign again! AI you know if they don't win then he won't resign! And then who knows where he'll end up going!

    Detroit Pistons is one of my favorite teams, Chauncey Billups even got a MVP.

    I simply cannot understand the benefit of this trade for Detroit :nope:

    from someone who lives 3 blocks away from where the pistons play, heres everything they are still talking about...LeBron's contract is up soon, along with a lot of other superstars, but everyone around here is saying its a move for LeBron. Its all about cap room.

    chauncey is definitely a better shooter than AI but AI is a better athlete, so that was about equal

    as for mcdyess, we got him back the week after anyway so its no big deal...i'm surprised denver released him though because he constantly contributes to the pistons
