I've recently eaten more fast food, due to my work next to my studies, which often extend past dinner time. It leaves me no choice to eat fast food often :X Sometimes as much as three times a week...

It's gotten quite nasty by now (2 months), it was good at first, but now I'm longing for more normal food :p And I can see it on my belly too (A)

As people have said, like anything else, fast food isn't going to ruin your life, if it's only had once in a while.
Personally, I have it maybe once a month...?
I find that the best way to prevent myself from ordering and eating something i'll regret at a fast food place is to look at the nutrition facts. Knowing what you're about to eat can make it a lot less appealing. Even if the caloric content can be justified, (hm, 800 calories, but I didn't have breakfast, so really I can "afford" to blow half my day's calories on this slab o' grease-meat) things like 220% of daily sodium can't. Doing this the last time I was at a Wendy's, I ended up just getting a 5 piece nuggets, instead of some combo meal. As an added bonus, my GI tract thanked me for it. :) That stuff, even the fries, just doesn't sit well with me.

Fast food is not any kind of disaster.

Believe it or not, you can actually get a lot of nutritional benefits from most of it.

The main disadvantage is about the large amount of trans fatty acid you can take from fast food.

    Recipe for Disaster. c:

But, really, it depends on how much of the fast food you consume.
Like, the guy who did the "Super Size Me" film consumed Mc. Donald's food for a month, three meals a day to see what effect the food had on the human body.
I forgot exactly how much he gained, but I think it was 20-30 pounds. Don't quote me on that. xD
