[GUIDE] how to get unfrozen

    One day you go up to your computer to check on your abers log, and then POOF!!!

    After Screaming and running around in circles, you decide to click on the link that says clicking here to try to get your precious account back.

    The Email

    Now if you don't want to use that link, it is understandable, because you might get a response from one of the Staff that you do not want to talk to. Personally i have had the best luck with Charlotte (charlotte@support.neopets.com) She is pretty understanding and i always try to get her.


    Back to the Email

    Ok so you are going to want to make the email exactly like it would be if you were clicking on "clicing here" link. That means you have to input all of the info as it would be inputed

    And then there are some other things that are used to verify your account which are:

    Disowned Pets:
    Warnings:
    Rare Item Code Prizes:

    Other Verification Info:
    (these didn't fit into the screenshot)

    To reiterate, if you want to send an email to one of the above, make the email in this format.

    Now to the (Semi) Hard Part

    This part is all about bs. You need to make the Staff member you are sending this to feel sorry for you, while convincing them that you havn't cheated. Weather it be you fell for a flp, abed, cheated at the flash games, you have to put up a good figh or in no way will they believe you.
    What also helps is your accounts stats BEFORE you started cheating. For example, if your account was a 1337 legit restocker, i believe that you would be more likely to get your account unfrozen then if you were abing on a fresh 4 month account.
    For games/avvies/trophys, it would help if your account had some hard to get legit avvies/ trophies, or if you are scoresending, if you have already played like 150+ games legit.

    So for the example i will use, my account got banned for abing. It was an old restocker account so i bsed how that i had restocked for like 4 years before being unfairly frozen now.


    Seriously guys, the key lies in bullshitting.

    Have you ever actually succeeded in getting an aber account back? Or any account for that matter?

    You dont get abbed accounts back, the evidence against you is clear cut.

    Thats what I thought too, which makes this guide fairly useless, when there is another guide on how to do it through the BBB (provided you didnt cheat). Im sure everyone has tried to bullshit their way into getting an account back, and I havent seen anyone who has been successful yet. I was just asking if the guidemaker had actually succeeded this way.

    Good guide, especially with the use of the staff emails.

    I liked it. :) Keep up the good work.

    But you should take out the html and replace with bbcode.

    Autoing is a 1 way street, you can never come back and no amount of threatening to kill yourself will work in the messages. At the end of the day its an adult on the other end of those messages who listens to hundreds of kids a day crying about being banned, your not going to get a sympathy unbanning, they just don't happen.
