Sexual Harrassment A-OK in Russia

You know, you took the words right out of my mouth about that judge. All while I was reading that article I couldn't help but think, "Wow, that judge has OBVIOUSLY accepted sexual favors from women himself..."

But really, sexual harassment does NOT create more children, nor does it encourage women to want to procreate with another guy. RAPE however, is an entirely different story and I would be appalled if the judge tried to justify rape.

I am Russian, I lived there for many years. I do not think that the sexual harassment in Russia if any different from other countries. It can happen ANYWHERE!
Even at my present workplace in the hospital (in the U.S.) there is a married doctor who constantly "chases" young nurses. My friend from work told him she is not interested in going out with him. Do you think it stopped him from hanging around her and other nurses at the same time?
