Ok, so here's the basic idea: A program that will: 1. Create a new account 2. Logs onto neopets through a proxy 3. Send scores on that account to make money 4. Buys [Item]*? with all the illegitimate neopoints 5. Self-ices and restarts itself until stopped Good idea, amirite? -W
- The account will create the illegitimate neopoints through score sending on an inflation list. - The account doesn't have to send the item: the goal of inflating an item is removing as many of the item from the economy as possible. - TNT will obviously be alerted, but the account will be on a proxy, and will freeze itself once the task has been completed. Therefore, there is minimal chance of any tracking back to your main (I think.) This program would be great for: - Chomby Stamp - Seasonal Stamp - Year 5 Stamp
That, sir, is a GREAT idea! Not only because people would need to get inflation lists (COUGH COUGH SOMETHING FOR ME TO DO) but because it would do everything for you! Whoever thought of this was quite the genious. Maybe you should have multi-account support? With a different proxy for each account?
I actually wouldn't like this program. Yeah, great for profit, but think about a hundred or so people auto-inflating various items around neo. It's an economy sledgehammer.
But you make NP out of it! And no one cares about the neopian economy lol. You can make millions inflating, so in the end it is so worth it.
You must not know economics too well, because then you'd know that making millions is only good if you can buy a lot with it. If every item on neo becomes inflated (more than they already are), then everything would cost more, making millions pretty insignificant. Value is only determined by what someone else is willing to trade.
well it would be a useful tool... there are many pros but they are outweighed by the cons. If someone uses this for just any item then it would be pointless. this should only be released to nf members that can actually be trusted with it... Great power comes with great responsibility. Its just not worth it to have everyone kill retired items just so they have the last 100 for themselves. that would really unbalance the economy.

i don't think it should be release to the public... i think its one of those programs that if its abused, it could be dangerous... it needs to be in really trusted peoples hands only...
