Hi, I'm Pandar and I'm sure we're all familiar with that Bagatelle game found in the Deserted Fairground. A lot of people claim how ridiculously impossible it is to get high numbers or especially stars on it, and some claim it's very possible, and that the chances are actually in reasonable amounts. Bagatelle guy being an asshole and telling me I'm winning a lot when he just took my 5k and gave me back about 400. Well, I found a lack of actual test results proving any sort of confirmed chances, so I took it upon myself to work up some trials and see what I get, and record it over time. Notes My trials are incomplete! I am not done doing these, but I decided an early release, and a time-to-time update of my results. As of the past 80 trials, they are done with 4 different accounts. If there is any variation that's caused by pet stats, account age, etc, this may cause a slight imbalance in the true chances, but I doubt any such variation exists. I spent a fair amount of cash doing this, so if you think this is a waste of time, don't bitch in this thread, just don't read it. If anybody wants to merge test results, I'll examine it and your credibility and either combine it with mine or tack it up here along with mine. PM me if you're interested. But anyway, enough introductory description, here are my test results thus far:
I've gotten a 10 but it was long before I started recording statistics. But, I'll be getting about 80 trials a day, so hopefully we'll be seeing some higher numbers popping up. Every so often I get a number higher than the last (first I only got 1-4, then I got a 5, 6, 7, etc.).
Best I've gotten was a 5 as well, aha. I've probably played a total of 300-400 times in my life as well. Thanks for the stats, they're helpful. P:
Stats updated, still no luck on getting any of the big winners. In 308 recorded trials, it hasn't bounced to the left yet. In fact, it's only happened to me once and it landed on a 10.
