Newer pet site simular to neopets

    Marapets hasn't failed yet.. it's been going strong for around 5 years now (I think).



    As for Ichumon, I joined :)
    Hopefully it'll get bigger, so I can sell stuff from it.

    I used to go on but I quit a while back.
    I heard its still fun though.

    Signed up - it's pretty good for a knockoff.
    I might actaully keep going on this one as it looks almost beter then Neopets - in the days before the spam and noobs.

    I have a hard time adapting to other virtual pet sites after being exposed to neopets for so long. Bleh

    I was looking at that site the other day, seen an add on TDN about it.

    And speaking about Zetapets and Marapets, they are horrible rip-offs of neo xD

    I signed up with Ichumon the other day, my username and first pet have awesome names that I could not believe where not already taken xD I like it a lot, especially the personas feature. Neopets should do something similar.

    The trouble with basically all VPS other than Neo is that, well, they all try to COPY Neo. And that's not how to do it.

    If you find something that's genuinely unique, doesn't try to match Neo 1:1, and is run by a cooler and super transparent team, let me know!

    But are they really trying to copy Neopets? Ichumon are pretty original I thought... however they have personas which are equivilant to another sites human avatar. Both of which neopets do not have. However on Neopets you get to dress you pet, which is slightly more releavent to a virtual pet site xD

    Well, I haven't really spent too much time looking at it :p.

    To be honest, almost any VPS site seems kinda stale to me lately, just because it's a VPS site. I really don't think at this point in my life I want to invest too much time into anything I'd be embarrassed saying I play xD.
