(Sorry if I've put this in the wrong section)

I'm looking to expand my collection a little bit and I'd be interested in any reccomendations. I'm not really into anime or Japanese RPGs or anything like that, but don't worry about what you reccomend, I can try games out with an emulator before I buy them so I won't be sending out nasty PMs if someone reccomends a stinker. :p

This is the right section (at least I'm fairly sure).
Well, I've heard that they are going to make CoD: WaW for DS, I'd buy that. Also, um... Lets see....Wait, I think that's it. There aren't that many new DS games coming out. And most of them are childish (Lora the Explorer, ect...)

Yeah I already picked up the two DS pokemon games to give them a try since I've never tried pokemon before, it doesn't seem to be my kind of thing (random encounter battles get on my nerves lol). I'm looking more for things that can be picked up and played for ten-twenty minutes to pass a little time, then put down. Any ideas?

    Edit:
Speaking of emulators and such, functioning DS emulators can be exceptionally hard to find. The one I have, I've tinkered around with and gotten it to the point where it will run 99% of commercial ROMs. I realise this is a Neopets site, but if there's a section for none-Neopets programs, I'd be glad to share this little rarity.

well if your looking for something like that try wario world :) its a bunch of mini games that never really seem to get old even if you get to be like uber pwng at them xD also look for the harvest moon games they're really addicting and can also be played for just like 10-20 minutes and be picked back up any time no skill required :) And what ds emulator are you using? i can barely find a working gba emulator 0.o...

I hear they're making GTA IV: China Town Wars for DS. Might be good.

I've seen some previews of gameplay - it doesn't look too bad, considering it's on a completely different platform to what they're used to.
    Probs worth a try :)

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, I'll give them all a try.

For those wondering how to get a fully functional DS emulator, I'm afraid I couldn't tell you where to download one, since the creator of the program I've modified hasn't updated it, or even been heard from in quite some time. Since a few people are interested in it, I'll PM a mod and ask them about allowing a none-neopets program section, and I'll add it there.

CM is fun, but gets old fast. The marios are fun and have a bit more gameplay, but once I finish those games, I sell them. Not much replayablility to me. As for pkmn. yes. i like these games. x) If you really get into it, there are hundreds of hours of gameplay. Bored? restart. B)
