My boyfriend and I each bought one a year ago or so, he had a baby blue one, and I had a baby pink one. But it died a LONG time ago, but I remember having a spare battery so I plugged it in and now i'm..playing it LOL. Does anyone still have one of these lying around?
I've got an old OLD one that I had from when they first came out...but it's broken cuz my brother stepped on it T_T. ;_; it's still lying around all sad and broken.
I'm looking at my orange one on my nightstand right now. When they first came out I had a keyring of like ten of them. I had so many that I couldn't keep up with them and most of them died. I lost all but the one I have now though. I play it when I'm /super/ bored, like today. XD But then it starts to bore me and I just let it die. =]
I usde to have one...I also remember there being a thread about these guys on here a while back, but can't find it... Anyway, it has been a long long long time...and ever since my battery died I just never replaced it. I don't know what ended up happening to it...maybe I threw it away :/
When I was little I always wanted one, but my mom just said it was a waste of money. =( But, I remember at an ancient McDonald's kids meal giveaway the toy were these various fake tamogotchi things; they looked real but were actually just little lights or something.
I had one and even bought one for my daughter but the batteries are dead and im sick of trying to keep the damn thing alive lol
Mine died like every two days. I owned 2 but like ^ when my batteries when dead I couldn't be stuffed replacing.
I remember getting like every V Connection and finally realizing it was a waste of time. 20 bucks and a whole lot of time was not worth it for some peice of plastic that needed constant care.
I had one when i was younger, but I got bored of it really quickly, I think I just let it die and threw it away. My only vivd memory is waiting for the laundry to finish while I messed with it.
Hahhahahah! I had a Tamagotchi when I was in 6th grade. I remember I was playing with it in class and my teacher saw and took it away. Before I had a chance to pause it. So of course, when she finally gave it back to me it was dead. Then I just gave up because I had gotten so far with the one that had died. xD
I had one that was like, a longneck dinosaur (brontosaurus, I think. the kind that's like Littlefoot. ) and I lost it for the longest time. It took aaaages to die, and I heard it making that sad beeping noise for about 4 days straight, but I could never figure out where it was coming from. Found it right after it died between the cushions on my couch. (Y) Those were the days. I want a new one! Thanks for stirring me up. *crinkles nose* I'm going to have to go shopping now.
Haha, I used to like playing with these way back in the days (actually only several years ago ^^;;, but I enjoyed it...before the battery died.
I remember how that was such a huge fad when I was a kid. My sister started going crazy because our mom wouldn't buy her one, saying it was a waste of time. I didn't know they still existed since I haven't encountered any in years. P:
Noooo I never got one...only my sister and cousins did when we were young.... i got a Furbie that eventually got chucked down the stairs for keeping everyone awake with its incessant nattering...
hey man those things are the stuff i loved them especially the pokemon one you had to shake to earn money, never thought id use my washing machine to earn money on a game lol
lol, i use to love them ! me and all my friends had them in like 6th grade i remember my teacher took mine because i kept playing with it & never gave it back. ):
This reminds me of a pocket pikachu or something like that...it was essentially a step counter that increased the more you walked. That was cool because it promoted exercise and good health. It was a good idea. Everyone also just shook them a whole lot, but the walking was fun too. I remember giving it to my mom or something while I was at school so it would increase and I wouldn't have to take it to school with me
