DotA is a Warcraft III map, i've heard that its popular in most Asian countries. I can't say i'm good at it, I personally think that it's a team game. Does anyone play DotA? If so, who are you favorite heroes? least favorite heroes? favorite skills? least favorite skills?
I hate that stupid stealth class... I played it once in a while, but I didn't play it all too much... I did play the starcraft stuff though. I was 1 of those people that a lot of people hated because I couldn't play it well.
DotA is amazing and great fun for LAN parties. I don't know much about the game though...I only played it with my friends and they taught me what to do and how...I'm more of a SC, AoE player than Warcraft
I love DotA I like Anti-mage, don't really like bone fletcher (wtf dps -.-), I love all skills of AM, don't hate any of them xD
I'm a huge fan of the Warcraft games, especially those that came before WoW, but I've never heard of DotA. Unless that's what they're referring to in the song by Basshunter.
It is a multiplayer feature of warcraft 3. Basically there are 3 different paths to run down and you fight npcs and other players who chose the same path as you. The object is to destroy the other team's base before they destroy yours.
DotA is just an expansion map for Warcraft III. I think its the title of Basshunter song, is that the one where they show people playing a computer game in the music video?
Lots of people in asia play dota. LOTS. its a strategy i kill you you kill me game isnt it? Yes, teamwork does prove important.
Thats an awesome basshunter song it features rhasta! I play a decent amount of dota and the best hero has to be lion or Zeus, I just love being all zappity zap glass cannon and particularly for zeus all of the abilities synergize tho purist is the bomb. I agree that clinks is kinda dumb, all he does is crap damage until really really really late fav skill zeus's ulti is sweeeet, least fav is permanent invisibility, its not that great but is irritating as hell to play against when people don't get something to counter. Teamwork is everything!
I play DotA a LOT Favourite heroes: Troll warlord, Huskar, Skeleton King, Phantom Assassin Least favourite: haha.. half of the casters.
I just played DotA awhile ago with some friends. It was my first game in a few months. I had lots of fun. I'm kinda new to it because of the new map, last time I played was .59c, now its .61b (i think). What do you guys think of the new heroes?
its popular everywhere, just people dont know it.. it has became a console game for PC in different name though, well that game is base off DotA. i used to play it 24/7, in australia server BoredAussies =] favourite heroes: dont have one, i can use any heroes so its all good to me =] least favourite to use is KotL, still working on him. backstab is my favourite skill.. least favourite is warlock's ultimate skill.. with refresher=pwnage clan war battle haha
I started playing about a month ago with friends. Its a really fun team game to play. so far my favorite hero is Axe or spectre. Im not that skilled as my friends playing it, but im getting the hang of it. =]
I just had a LAN party yesterday, we played DotA. I'm loving the new heroes, Tauren and Batrider. The new items are cool too (Force Staff ).
I've played dota for a couple of years but i've given it up because of a busier schedule. i loved playing with melee tankers with aoe spells like rooftrellen or levi.
