Thanks my little brother got ahold of my email address and passes today and decided he wanted to try and help me out and make like 20 alt. accounts to filter Np to my main and good old TNT they chain banned me -_-
Oh, nice, glad to see this actually works, it's nice to see that it's possible to hacve a little power over TNT. I'd think I would of thought of this after taking a year of Business Law and Ethics, oh well. I might use this if TNT doesn't reset my account age to what I originally put, hopefully I don't have to worry though.

I'll be EXTREMELY happy if this gets back my girlfriend's main account... 14.5 mil in bank, 235 avatars, all 4 painted pets, spent like $200 on NC cards. Frozen for Cheating on flash games, and the account is 100% legit =/ We spent an hour working on the contact form which is being sent to TNT, but I saved all the information we put in there and I'm going to put the same stuff in the BBB complaint form. I REALLY hope that we get this back. 5 years wasted if it's not back... (Well, really only 1 year; there was 1.5 mil in the bank last July xD)
This is interesting...I recently had an account frozen but I never did anything illegitimate on it...no aber, no buying/selling nps, nothing, but TNT still accused me of cheating for no apparent reason...so I was really confused...anyways thanks for the information, I think I am going to try this option since TNT really doesn't give a whoot about unfreezing legitimate accounts once they're frozen :/

Only just saw this. You DON'T have the be from the US to use this. I'm from the UK! Either the customer or the company needs to be US based as far as I'm aware. As Neopets is based in the US, you can be from anywhere and still use it.
Just used this now on a old account I used to have. (3 years ago in fact). I hope it gets unfrozen...well, we'll see. :]
Wow, this is really useful, happened to my friend once a while ago and he couldn't get unfrozen no matter what he did ended up quitting neopets. Thanks for posting it. its a shame that some people would abuse this information though.
Got a reply from them less than week later. I commend them on good service. :] But the reply from Neopets said the account was too old and inactive so they couldn't retrieve it. Ah, I didn't expect to get it back anyways, I can't remember anything much on that account and it was years since I got (mistakenly) frozen on that one.
Before I try this... I contacted Neopets the 1st time, they said "No". I'm trying to contact them a 2nd time, but it's been 2 days. Should I wait maybe a day or two more 'till I file my complaint? Or should I just do it now? :X:
