I dont know if you guys know this but if you install the Neopets toolbar here: http://toolbar.neopets.com/ and sometimes when you click the Alert Orb when it is flashing yellow, you may get something. Oh, and I do not own any of the guides above.
It's not compatible with the Firefox version that I have, which is the most recent one. :/ I heard about this, though. Hopefully, TNT will upload a new version.
