Well, seeing as I'm chinese I often enjoy (and mostly) listen to Chinese msuic. Just wondering if anyone is on the same boat as me.
i have my chinese roots, i'm half-asian...ironically, i grew up with my father, my white parent, listening to a lot of Anita Mui.
I'm not asian, but my favourite singer at the moment, Stephanie Sun, is from Singapore. And I do greatly enjoy listening to asian singers, or really anything different that isn't being shoved down my throat lol and I enjoyed the song posted, although it was quite short. What would the name of the artist and song be written out with regular letters? the symbols don't work so well on my computer
Yep, that definitely will look a lot better than a bunch of squares, that the symbols always seem to turn into when I copy and paste them, thanks!
ooo yeah, i hate those bunch of squares! argh, some person sends me a email in chinese, and my comp expects me to read a bunch of squares.
Yeah I listen Chinese music. You can throw a bit of Korean and Japanese in the mix too, though I don't understand the lyrics
I like Jackie Chan and the soundtracks in his movies. I also like the music video that DeFalco posted too
the Welcome to Beijing song is how I discovered a lot of great singers. I searched anyone that I liked the voice of, and found a lot of great stuff, particularly Joey Yung, Wang Feng, and my beloved Stefanie Sun
Yeah, me too! and theres a new song with jackie chan, and some other girl, and its called....ugh i forgot....i think its like home country or something?
I'll have to look for that. While Welcome to Beijing was great, my favourite from the olympics is Stand Up, which Jackie Chan sounds really good on, as do the other 3. Also this one was great, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLUrcNrcUcU
