Very exciting day today. I love my reactions when Canada does well. It's quite frightening xD I'm thinking of videotaping myself next time I'm watching something big. =D Russia got mad destroyed today. =)
Yeppers! 7-3 So exciting. Women got gold today, of course. 2-0 against USA. I love how we have more golds than USA now xD They just have like, 14 bronze while we have 2
8 golds for us and USA... 9 for Germany. We better win Curling, I'm watching and ehhh. Canada better win. They definitely can. =) (Women's curling btw)
Was anyone else watching the speed skating? How the guy absolutely annihilated the world record but because of his coaches error he went the wrong side of the cone and got disqualified... Can you say FIRED! Australia have good chances at winter Olympics *cough* We have toNs Of snow To practice in
Canada gets Gold and Bronze in short track, first speed skating medals for Canadian men this olympics! And, sorry USA, Apolo Ohno DISQUALIFIED cause he pushed a canadian who was beating him Then a Korean fell at the same time and slid across the line to get silver xD HAHA WE HAVE MORE GOLD THAN USA! We should have 10 but women choked massive in curling >_<
that was a shame about women's curling, but we're still at a solid 10 to germany's 9 and USA's lame 8. I want to see Norway win another medal and push the states down to 4th, because they're tied right now
Too bad about the women's team pursuit. Lost to USA >_> Canadians massive favourites. Unfortunate. But the men are in the final tomorrow against USA as well... Let's get another gold! =D
what sport are you talking about? because the states suck at curling. their women's team finished in last place
was anyone else having heart palpitations during the last minute of the game. i was. so crazy! luongo deserves the credit for this game cause canadian defence failed in the 3rd period.
now Canada needs to win tomorrow to set the world record for most golds won at a winter olympics! We've already set the record for most medals won by the home country of course, summer olympics are a completely different story, but still pretty exciting I think
I totally agree, I really hope they win tomorrow. It would be great to just beat U.S.A in a rematch, It's such amazing hockey watching them two play it out. I started a poll to see who thinks Canada or U.S.A will win the game
I only cared about Kim Yu Na in the Ice Skating event. xDD Just an ordinary person being patriotic to their country...xPP
I knew Canada would win. We win when it matters The pool play didn't matter, it's just helpful to get an "easier" draw in the playoffs. Kim Yu-Na was AMAZING in figure skating. She dominated the field. Loved watching her. I'm extremely proud of Joannie Rochette. Her mom died just a few days ago, and then she still can go and skate for a bronze medal. Truly amazing.
