I'm looking for a First Person Shooting game, something where you can play with people your own rank, not just pro's that kick your ass every step you take XD

So far I've played War rock, pretty good but again kinda hard to play with all the pro players and what not
Combat arms is a little bit better but every other person is a hacker/cheater so thats no fun...(Actually combat arms made my computer run super slow and wouldn't load the game properly is what the problem was good besides that kinda)

So anyone got any good idea's?

Modern Warfare 1 & 2 are probably the best way to go on PC or PS3

    L4D 1 & 2 are excellent online co-op FPS for PC & 360

If you have a Wii, The Conduit is a pretty average 1-player game but its online multiplayer is fantastic due to unique controls and interesting weapons (and due to it being a Wii game, you're unlikely to encounter many super-pros and/or hackers)

Bioshock 2's online multiplayer is hectic and its different guns and special powers make it crazy fun

Doom 3 is an older game, but its horror-themed levels and game modes make for a really, really tense experience - not recommended if you like constant action rather than suspenseful, dread-filled edging around pitch-black corridors with a tiny flashlight

The new AVP is a pretty poor 1-player experience but the multiplayer is a lot of fun due to the three completely different playable characters

Counter-Strike is...outdated, average and flawed, but affordable

Should have mentioned I was looking for something free, with playing by ranks, I know COD does that but I want a free game XD, also for PC (of course XD)

Exteel was pretty fun when I played I heard they added a lot of new stuff. Check it out if you like a robot/mobile suit type FPS.

Call of Duty and Halo (although overplayed) are simply classics and are just so much fun always.

Crossfire is very good. They have channels for specific ranks, hacks do exist but are kind of rare/patched very quickly.
